Abstract
Using a Follow-the-Thing format, this paper shows the process of green chile production from start to finish. From seedlings being planted on a farm, the farming process, production, marketing, distribution, and consumption. It also entails all the actors involved in the process and the unfortuante reality of workers exploitation and inequalities.
